New Years

For New Years we went to the cabin in Island Park.  There wasn't allot of snow but it was still fun to ride.  On Saturday we snowmobiled into a little restaurant in Meadow Creek.  It is just a little cabin and you can only get to by snowmobile and they serve hamburgers and fresh cut fries.  We usually go there every time we go to the cabin.  Jason and Heather were at Cody and Mindy's house in Idaho Falls for New Years so Jason came up to Island Park on Saturday so he could go for a ride.

We met mom and Jaycie in the parking lot so they could go with us to Meadow Creek.  She fell asleep on the way there and on the way back.  



Christmas

Christmas morning was just Jared and I.  It was fun just to have the two of us but it is allot funny with more family.  After church I cooked dinner and Kevin, Tyler, Tenille, and Trea came over.  We played the Wii and XBox and just had a nice relaxing time.

 I asked Jared to take a couple of pictures of me so that all of our scrapbooks weren't just of him.  I think from now on I will be the one taking pictures.  Either that or I just don't do good in front of the camera!!  :)

Christmas Eve

Christmas eve we went out to Chalets in laws and had dinner and played monopoly on the Wii. It was alot of fun.  We gave Jaycie some Disney story book and a Toy Story puzzle.  She is getting so big!  She sure loves Jared.  It is fun to watch them play together.  (fine print, I know I have some typo's just haven't gotten a chance to fix them!!)

Family Pictures

Since everyone was home for Thanksgiving mom wanted to have family pictures taken.  We were alittle scared that it was going to be cold and windy but it turned out to be an ok day, just a little cold!!

Thanksgiving.

We were all at Mom and Dad's this year for Thanksgiving.  It has been a long time since we have all been together so it was alot of fun.

Jared decided to do the Turkey Trot this year.  There were alot of people.  He did a great job.

Exciting News

This is something that is exciting for Jared and I and it has been in the works for awhile now but I needed to wait for the right time to share. It is something that Jared and I hold close to our hearts.

Jared and I have put our adoption papers in and we are excited to see what the future will bring to us! It is something that we have been working on for the last couple of months. It has been an exciting experience and an emotional one also ( I am not going to lie!) As you can see we have added a link on our blog call Hoping to Adopt.

Haycock Family Pictures

All of my pictures are out of order but I wanted to get them up.

Jared and I have put in our adoption paper. We have thought about it and we know that this is the direction we need to be going in our lives. We are excited for this new journey and can't wait to see what the future will bring us!

Jared Water Surfing

For the 4th we played at the river all day.

We had a boat that you could water surf behind so Jared tried it out. It was alot of fun but it looked like alot of work so i just stayed in the boat and took pictures.

Harper Family Reunion

So I have decided that I am going to starty putting my scrapbook pages that I have done on here instead of just pictures.

Rupert Parade

Christin and her kids came down for the 4th so we were able to go to the Rupert parade with them. I can't believe how big they are getting.
